Embattled PDP spokesman, Olisa Metuh appeared in court on Friday in
Abuja before Justice Abang Okon of the Federal High Court. He was
arraigned on a seven-count charge by operatives of the EFCC.
The judge ordered that Metuh be remanded in Kuje Prison till 19th
January, 2016, for hearing... a court has also dismissed Olisa Metuh's
case challenging his detention by the EFCC for investigation.
EFCC obtained a proper court order to detain Metuh, hence the agency did not commit any crime.
