Saheed Balogun: Why I Wants to Drop Name

We don't know how true this is but gist reaching us says Yoruba actor, Saheed Balogun has dragged his ex wife, Fathia Balogun to court over the continuous use of his name, Balogun even after they ended the union years back.
He insists on her dropping his name but Fathia hasn't stopped telling everyone that she isn't ready to drop the name as she's built her career around it-everyone has come to know her as Fatia Balogun.                                                   
Their union produced three children.
